Support SVG for Tiles.
Our main barrier from adding support for SVG at the moment is a lack of browser support on older versions of Android (before 4.4 - http://caniuse.com/#feat=svg).
Perhaps this can be added in the future.

This is not a concern, as we use the Android Browser version installed on the user's device as a part of their device setup. This is a very old version that is not used in modern devices.
