Improving the Rosetta Feedback Experience
To make the feedback process clearer and more engaging, Rosetta could benefit from better transparency around how ideas are evaluated and prioritized. Briefly explaining how points are earned, what happens after an orbit kick idea is submitted, and when users can expect reviews would help set expectations and encourage meaningful participation. Adding reassurance that all ideas are read—even if not individually answered—along with clearer calls to action such as searching existing suggestions first, would improve trust and reduce duplicates. Highlighting contributor recognition or visible outcomes could also motivate users to stay involved and support the most valuable ideas.
