display logic location ip
Currently, we cannot configure the order of locations in Primo Search Results, because the only option is to order locations by IP. Our three libraries share an IP range so this doesn't work for us. Please provide a way to order location in Primo search results beyond the IP ranges.

PO Line import report: create itemized set
After loading bibs and orders, the report allow me to create an Itemized set of what I just loaded. I would like to use this to review POL, but under Report-PO Lines, it only creates an itemized set of Titles.
In other words: Import profiles--[...on a profile]--History--[...on a job]--Report. Scroll down to PO Lines--[...on total PO Lines Imported. *needs an option to create an Itemized POL set.

Enable different time formats for Alma interface and letters
Currently, it's only possible to set one time format within Alma (Configuration Menu > General > General Configuration > Other Settings > systemtimeformat), which is used universally in the Alma interface (e.g. in patron records, in monitor jobs). A time format that's appropriate for use in the Alma interface isn't necessarily right for letters that are sent out to users. For example, we would like to set the time format for the Alma interface to 24 hour clock including seconds (H:mm:ss). Add Description to Standard Openings Hours in Calendar Management
During implementation standard opening hours were entered with the days of the week in the description column. When users edit or add standard opening hours, the description column is not available. It would help if we could enter the day in the description column.

Automatically add text (course codes) to notes field in Alma as part of rollover
It would be good to have the option to automatically add text - specifically course codes - to the notes field (Fulfilment -> Courses ->[SELECT COURSE] -> Manage Course Information) in Alma as part of the rollover process. By having the option to automatically add the course code to the notes field as part of the rollover, it would provide the institution with the ability to track back any useful history.

Bulk adding of instructors to Leganto Reading Lists via Alma back-office
Library staff currently have to input Reading List owners on a one-by-one basis.
It would be good if Library staff could add Reading List owners to Leganto reading lists in bulk.

Allow tooltips when hovering over facets in searches
After one has done a search in Alma, the facets along the left side of the window that appear as options for further filtering sometimes have names that are too long to fit into the width of the facet section. This results in an ellipse indicating there is more to the title of the facet, but there is no way to see what the rest of the facet title is. For calendar entries which have a start date in the past, automatically update the start date to the current date upon edit.
When you edit a calendar entry, you have to physically change the "Valid from" start date to today if the entry was first entered in the past. If you forget to change the start date to the current date, you trigger an error that reads "Valid from cannot be in the past".

Allow for greater variety in the scheduling of export invoices.
Currently, there are only a handful of pre-defined choices for scheduling the invoice export. None of them fit the time our accounting department set aside to work with our invoices specifically. Please allow greater flexibility when selecting a time to export/import invoices, ex> 1500 hrs on Wednesdays.

copy opening hours between libraries
Since many libraries within an institution have the same exceptions to regular operating hours due to holidays and institution changes, please set up a way to copy the hours AND EXCEPTIONS from one library to another.
There are over 50 entries in the calendar management of opening hours to account for our annual changing hours with breaks, holidays, finals, intersessions, and semesters. Currently I must enter these 50+ entries for each library. Having a way to copy from one library to another would save hours of work.

Allow dynamic values in (some) configuration fields
In some cases it would be helpful to be able to enter a dynamic value rather than a static text in a configuration field.
My current use case is configuration of FTP import profiles, where it would help with two different needs: avoid repeatedly having to adjust all import profiles after a sandbox refresh, and avoid having to create separate import profiles for each operator with the only difference being a personal Input directory.

Add a function for quickly removing search string
A function like the 'X' in the Primo search bar, which removes entered search string, would make user interaction with the Alma UI more efficient.

Provide more display text options for physical related records
Although the Alma "Labels" table has multiple codes for use with electronic related titles, there's only one for physical related titles.
Specifically, there are separate viewit options for 773 (c.uresolver.viewit.relatedtypelist.PARTOF) and 774 (c.uresolver.viewit.relatedtypelist.CONTAINS) but a single getit option (c.uresolver.getit.relatedtitle_display) is used for both 773 and 774.

Include an option of Streaming Video, instead of Electronic book. As it is now, we have to go back in and fix books to Video.
For our course reserve streaming video, we are only given the option of Electronic Book in the Add Brief record creation, instead of Streaming Video. As a result, we have to go in later to fix the display in Primo, which displays as a book instead of the Video that it is. Faculty members get upset when an item displays as a book when it is a film.

Make Mapping Tables available for Alma Admin Users
We would like to make Mapping Tables available for Admin users in Alma and/or Alma Premium Sandbox to be able to customize fields in Alma that they are self-explanatory for back-end users. For example, in the Full record display (Primo as a discovery layer) we would like to hide the "Pickup location" and modify the "Material type". Another example is to examine Acquisitions fields options for the records management activities.

Location Changer
Under "Run a Job" in the Admin section, there should be an option to change/edit the permanent/temporary location of bib items. This would make it easier on the cataloger when working on certain projects where books have to be moved from one location to the next.
