It would be a nice improvement, if you only had to click once to refine your search in Alma instead of now, where you have to dobbeltclick.

add additional reporting in payment confirmation job report
In the payment confirmation jobs report, add the ability to see which items had their status changed to paid and closed.
For comparison, if you look at the report we get when we send invoices for payment, there are three events that list everything in the file:
Failed while generating invoice XML
Failed to move invoice on workflow
Invoice processed successfullyIf you click on "invoice processed successfully", it lists the invoice number and the price. We would like to see something similar with the payment confirmation job.

Avoid patrons from visiting the Alma top page
We found that there is a timing when internal users would access the Alma top page.
In the following case:If an internal user attempts to log in to Primo VE after his ID has expired, he will not be authorized.
If he attempts to reset his password, it will be failed too, but it will take him to the Alma login page.On the “The user is not authorized in Alma”screen, we suggest that each institution can choose whether to make the text (“Return to login page”) clickable or not.

Have a "undo" or "restore" button for Configuration actions/profiles
For those important actions or profiles, such as the External Integration Profiles, it will be of great help to have a "undo" or "restore" button. So that if something is wrong after clicking the "Save" button (either too early or incorrectly), the action can be reversed. The good old one can be restored. It happened to me yesterday. I mistakenly and wrongly updated our SAML profile in the Production environment instead of the sandbox that I intended to, which caused the login failure of both Primo and Alma. Adding an autofit for columns would help minimize wasted space for those who are comfortable with denser text or need to work with a relatively narrow screen. I think the most common form of the functionality is a double-click on the right border of a column to size it to fit content.

Make images of material bigger
Please make the image of the book, DVD, etc. much bigger in the search results. Students can often identify their titles if they can clearly see the cover image. It would help reference work.

Include identifier fields in Export Job Reports, not just names
Export Electronic Portfolios should have unique identifier fields included in exported report.
As a specific example, the portfolio report includes Electronic Collection Name information, but no other identifier for the Collection Name. In order to use this with other reports generated from the system, it's not possible to match reliably when using the Name string as names appear to change in the CKB over time, and extended characters can be problematic when importing to other systems (excel, access). Fix the multi-page list display bug in Rialto
There is a a bug in the Rialto list display function which I have encountered numerous times: When I go to the second (or later) page of a List in Rialto and take an action on one of the items such as moving it to a cart, the list is refreshed and redisplayed incorrectly. For example, with 30 items in a list, before the second page refreshes, it correctly displays items 21 through 30 in the list with the heading “21 through 30 of 40.” After refreshing, the header says “21 through 40 of 30”! The behavior you described in this idea exchange is more of a bug than an actual enhancement. This issue was passed to Rialto's development team for analysis and should be addressed in one of the nearest releases.

Create an "Ideas Meta" category for ideas on the tool itself
As an ExLibris customer, I would like a channel were I can submit my ideas on how the Idea Exchange tool could be improved, so that the tool can evolve for maximum benefit for both ExLibris and customers.
See Meta Stack Overflow as an example.
Currently I don't know an obvious place where I could submit this idea, which is why it ended up in Alma - Other ... The idea about a meta category thus exemplifies the need expressed in the idea itself. How meta is that? ;-)

PO Line import report: create itemized set
After loading bibs and orders, the report allow me to create an Itemized set of what I just loaded. I would like to use this to review POL, but under Report-PO Lines, it only creates an itemized set of Titles.
In other words: Import profiles--[...on a profile]--History--[...on a job]--Report. Scroll down to PO Lines--[...on total PO Lines Imported. *needs an option to create an Itemized POL set.

Use non-LC call numbers for journal categories
This affects Primo/PrimoVE; but the job is in Alma.
The new feature (as of Nov 2019) to browse a list of journals by category depends on the 050$a. This should be expanded to use the 055$a, 060$a, 070$a, 080$a, 082$a, 083$a, 084$a, 085$a, and 086$a. Additionally, libraries should be able to pick which of the subfields to use.
This is an example of the lack of support for non-LC libraries.

Index local in Advanced search
We have a local index with a closed list of values and we would like to present only this list of values to users doing an advanced search.
An example with the local index "Original language" based on the 905 field. This field contains three possible values: Yes, No, Bilingual.
