Could we get a "return selected" option to return multiple items at once after we've selected them?

Return Items - reverse display order
Reverse the order of display in the Return Items function so that the newest are at the top. This will make it easy to see how many have been processed without having to scroll down.

Create a loan period that rounds reserves to the nearest hour
Rounding to the nearest hour with reserve loans makes it easier for the user to remember the time due to avoid fines. On the staff side, it is easier to manage bookings/holds.

An 'All returns' option in Manage Patron Services
We'd like to be able to configure the Returns screen in Manage Patron Services to show 'All Returns' as well as 'Returns this session', in the same way you can set the Loans screen to 'rememberlastloan_display' on Fulfillment config 'Other Settings'. Checking on a patron's return history requires an extra click, which constantly annoys staff!

Manage Patron Return
Add a return items in the manage patron records (& add backdate to it), so that when items are scanned in, we can verify the patrons account has nothing remaining, and remind them of due dates for materials still remaining on account!
*This is great for sets (8 piece camera kits) that all have individual barcodes, but that are all expected to be returned and loaned together... Also great as a customer service boost to remind patron of books they forgot to return; at the end of a long loan period. Especially when they thought they brought everything in!11 votesHello All,

loan status letter
The FulItemChangeDueDateLetter is found under General Configuration Menu > Letter Activity, but it is not possible to find it in Letter Emails.
Only SMS version exists for "Change Due Date". Where is this letter?

The EMAIL version is called "Loan Status Notice", for the "Full Item Change Due Date Letter". (In: General Configuration Menu > Letter Emails).Why would you change the wording of the letter in Letter Emails?? makes it impossible to find unless you know that. thanks
