Ability to dismiss notes/General message in rejected lending or borrowing request
Ability to dismiss notes/General message in rejected lending/borrowing request.
When we recieve notes/general messages on rejected lending or borrowing request the only option is to delete the note/ general messages. If we want to keep the requests history, deleting messages/notes is not good.

Pin metadata editor toolbar when scrolling
Our catalogers would like the metadata toolbar (file-edit-tools) to remain at the top of the bib record so that they do not have to use the far right scroll bar to scroll up and 'uncover' it. This seems to happen when they have been working with a holding and then return to the bib. It would be great not to need that extra step.

Mark resource sharing bib records
When creating a borrowing request in Alma, Alma transforms the info in a brief bibliographic record. This is great for everything that has to do with Resource Sharing.
BUT: Librarians who are cataloging find this bib record, don't think twice and just add a holding and an item. So the RS bib record has become a real bibliographic record, but without any one completing the info.
We would like the resource sharing bib records to be marked somehow so that cataloguers can identify them easily and either complete them or import them from another source.

Resource Sharing Letter Preview Link
Currently Resource Sharing letters must be printed out. Is there a way to add a "view it" link so that staff can preview the letter when printing is unavailable?

The Update date in the RS record is not updated when we send a General Message or a Will Supply letter to Partners.

Convert a lending request into a borrowing request.
We can easily convert a borrowing request into a lending request, the other way around is impossible without losing all information about the lender.
As we supply libraries with material from other libraries we now have to manage the request in both Lending and Borrowing.

Report on workflow profiles assigned to resource sharing partners
We would like the ability to report on the workflow profiles assigned to Resource Sharing partners. This would allow us to easily determine the partners which have borrowing and lending workflows assigned as well as easily seeing the particular workflow profile assigned to each, including those which are shared amongst multiple partners.
At the moment this is checked by selecting each individual partner. If this could be added to the export available on the Tools option in the partner list we could easily retrieve the required information without the need to manually check every partner. This will be particularly useful…

Modify the renew request reject note sent to partner for lending request
When a resource sharing lending request receives a renew request and is rejected, the following note is sent to the partner “Note: Cannot be renewed, maximum renew date DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM:SS AEST was exceeded.” This note is confusing to the partner as the maximum renew date in the note is the date which the request was processed not the due date. In addition, the note implies the renew date of the loan has passed the allowed time, however the renew date has not been exceeded. The note could be improved by simplifying it to say “Cannot be renewed, maximum loan period…

Physically Received Items
Once a book has been physically received, it would be great if it automatically linked to the the patron account. This would save me an extra step of having to check out the book out to the patron. Thanks!

Add min-max age filter (eg, 1 week-2 weeks) to resource sharing request
Our RS requests need regular maintenance. Typically we look at those that are at least 1 week old. The current request filters show all requests up to a week (Today, Yesterday, Three Days Ago, etc., up to a week) or up to a month (same as the other filter, except all the way up to 30 days). It would be nice to ONLY see requests of a minimum age (eg, 1 week and older). And possible a range (min-max slider).

Delivery Format Codes
Is there any way to order the delivery format codes, or just have the ones we use regularly. Currently there are several in the drop down list that are not used, there are 14 and we only use 3. It can be difficult to find the one you need sometimes. If we can order them this will stop errors occuring.

Renewing resource sharing requests in Lending
Resource Sharing lending and renewals.
Currently you can only change the date in the lending side by searching for the barcode in physical items and clicking edit, scrolling down to the date box allows you to update. This information is carried across into the catalogue but not on the lending resource page, we can find no way to manually change here either. It would be great if once the date has been changed in one Resource Sharing area it is displayed in all.5 votesHello All,

Provide the ability to sort the order of Resource Sharing Requests and General Electronic Services requests.
Right now he tables which control the orders of requests in the Get It Window are currently not "interdisciplinary", which means that it is possible to sort the order of all General Electronic Services among themselves, all Online Service, etc. But it is not possible to control the complete sorting of services in the ViewIt or GetIt. Would be nice to sort together.

Display name of resource sharing partner on Requests page in My Account
On the "Requests" page in "My Account," for resource sharing requests, display the name of the resource sharing partner once the request has reached the "Shipped Physically" stage. Currently, the "My Account" screen does not indicate the name of the institution that is lending the item (see a screen capture: http://screencast.com/t/aovDseh1). Faculty have requested that the name of the institution be visible in My Account so that they would have an indication of how long it might take for an item to arrive (based on geographic distance).
