Resource Sharing Preferred Email Address
We have multiple libraries set up as Resource Sharing Libraries. However as we can only have one preferred email address the Borrowing Resource Sharing Requests are coming from the default email address for the library (usually the information email address), and not the dedicated email address for resource sharing at that library.

Shipping cost lender rule partner code prefix
When setting up the Shipping Cost lender rules, there is no ability to add a rule that allows you to adjust the price based on the partner code prefix. Currently you have to add every partner to that list, and when partners are added or removed you need to manually recreate the parameter list again. (Because you can't edit the parameters, only delete.) Having to manually update these rules is unnecessary work, and the alternative is to manually edit the costs for every partner that doesn’t fit the standard code rules. Alma RS Borrowing - view the patron ID (primary identifier) number in the main body of a borrowing request
When you edit a borrowing request you can't see the patron ID number in any of the fields. It is only seen when you come out of editing a request and view the details next to the Request name. It should be seen with the request information.

Request status "Pending" and "On Waiting List"
Add statuses to resource sharing borrowing request status field
Is it possible to add two more statuses to the drop-down list for the Request Status field in a resource sharing borrowing request? We would like to add “Pending" and "On Waiting List".

British Library ARTEmail needs author adding to this email
There is a significant problem which is for requests going to the British Library. The ARTEmail output from ALMA emailed to the British Library has the Author line missing. There we are receiving the wrong items, while we attempt to set up the BLDSS API.

Display of actions on Borrowing screen
We would like to change the order of the actions on Borrowing requests. Currently the order is:
Duplicate, Send, Send Query to Patron, Request Renew, Receive, Edit Shipping Cost, Recall, Return, General Message, Reassign.We would like to split Send and Send Query to Patron.
A possible solution is to change the name to: Patron Notification or Notification to Patron.Thanks

In Cataloging/Authorities, indicate if subject is divisible by place ($z) in the Authority record
In cataloging, when we look at an authority record (in the community zone) we need to know if the subject heading is authorized to be subdivided by place, for example ($z California $z San Francisco)

LENDING BEING PROCESSED
We would like Digital Lending Requests to be automatically updated to Being Processed once the slip has been printed - in the same that way Physical Lending Requests are updated to Being Processed once a hold has been placed via Manage Fulfillment Options. At the moment they have status Created Lending Request - which means we have to change the status manually.

Enhance Holdings Records Mapping to include the 007 field and other control fields
Enhance the Holdings Records Mapping feature (new as of March 2018) to include adding 007 fields and other control fields during the import process. Per SalesForce case #00525849, this new feature currently only works with data fields (non-control fields).

Display 245 subfield "p" in "Additional descriptive information" for Electronic Collection
“Additional descriptive information” is now displaying subfield 'a' only without subfield 'p'. It is impossible to check whether it is correct or not by the name if there are few bibliographic records which have the same subfield 'a'.

Ability to dismiss notes/General message in rejected lending or borrowing request
Ability to dismiss notes/General message in rejected lending/borrowing request.
When we recieve notes/general messages on rejected lending or borrowing request the only option is to delete the note/ general messages. If we want to keep the requests history, deleting messages/notes is not good.

Pin metadata editor toolbar when scrolling
Our catalogers would like the metadata toolbar (file-edit-tools) to remain at the top of the bib record so that they do not have to use the far right scroll bar to scroll up and 'uncover' it. This seems to happen when they have been working with a holding and then return to the bib. It would be great not to need that extra step.

Currently Resource Sharing letters must be printed out. Is there a way to add a "view it" link so that staff can preview the letter when printing is unavailable?

Report on workflow profiles assigned to resource sharing partners
We would like the ability to report on the workflow profiles assigned to Resource Sharing partners. This would allow us to easily determine the partners which have borrowing and lending workflows assigned as well as easily seeing the particular workflow profile assigned to each, including those which are shared amongst multiple partners.
At the moment this is checked by selecting each individual partner. If this could be added to the export available on the Tools option in the partner list we could easily retrieve the required information without the need to manually check every partner. This will be particularly useful…

Easier Navigation when working within a request category

Physically Received Items
Once a book has been physically received, it would be great if it automatically linked to the the patron account. This would save me an extra step of having to check out the book out to the patron. Thanks!

Add min-max age filter (eg, 1 week-2 weeks) to resource sharing request
Our RS requests need regular maintenance. Typically we look at those that are at least 1 week old. The current request filters show all requests up to a week (Today, Yesterday, Three Days Ago, etc., up to a week) or up to a month (same as the other filter, except all the way up to 30 days). It would be nice to ONLY see requests of a minimum age (eg, 1 week and older). And possible a range (min-max slider).
