    I wholeheartedly support this and was going to make a suggestion myself! Why is there no copyright reason for the cancellation of my own patron's requests? Customization would allow us to make a shorter, more helpful list of reasons. Thanks!

    I was going to submit an idea that they don't give any estimation at all. My experience with ILL is that our patrons want everything as soon as it can be received, and for as long as possible, but the reality is it gets here when it gets here and the due date (prior to Rapido) was variable, based on the lender. Patrons adjusted and dealt with it fine. I like that our patrons get things longer in Rapido, but I see no reason to make promises. I work alone on this and not on weekends, so I cannot fill 24-hour promises from Friday evening through Sunday evening.
