    Adding a separate optional Title field alongside the required Role field sounds like a smart improvement for profile management systems, especially in academic environments where people often hold multiple responsibilities. This would make faculty directories more organized, searchable, and accurate by allowing institutions to group users by role while still displaying official leadership or administrative titles clearly on their profiles.
