Hello Amanda,
Would the ability to add comments to orders awaiting approval cover this request? You could post a comment, tag the approver, they'd receive an email letting them know you've posted a note.

Not only is having those requests visible in their Primo account history messy, it's also a privacy issue for their collection development. We only want them to see items that have been approved and purchased. Please prioritize hiding pending or rejected requests from the end user interface! https://blockblastonline.com
