    I was going to add this as a new idea but am happy to hop on to this existing idea! Here's what I would have said:
    Currently, newsletters will display the first ~25 opps from a curated list based on 1 of the 4 sort options (Title, Sponsor name, Deadline, or Amount). These will be the first 25 opps regardless of when the opps were added to that curated list. It would be very helpful for a newsletter to display only the opps added to the curated list since the last time the newsletter was sent. This would be similar to the way opps from Advisor and Saved Searches only appear in newsletters when the opps are new or recently updated. If this is not possible, the next best thing would be to add a 5th sort option of "Last published (most recent > oldest)" for the order in which opps are shown in a newsletter.

  10. Search criteria should specify the LOI date. If LOI date has past, the proposal dates don't matter!
