This may have already been resolved, but have you looked into using the data from the System Events subject area in Analytics to calculate auto-renewals. In this subject area, there would be an event such as ‘Loan renewal succeeded’ and this is always associated with an ‘Event Key Value’, which is the barcode of the renewed volume. In addition, there is the information ‘Event date and Time’, ‘Event Year’, ‘Event Creator’. Based on this data one could in principle try to find out the number of automatically renewed loans at a given time.
