  1. User Purge should be made AFN aware and not allow the deletion of a user with active transactions or fines/fees at another AFN inst.

    This just gives you the course number but you still have to go through all the titles in that particular course. I have some professors that have 25 - 50 titles for a course. Also need a way to sort within "citations". thanks
