How can we improve Rialto?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Automatically remove titles that no long meet DDA Selection Plan criteria from Rialto DDA pool, Ebook Central/LibCentral and Alma repository

    When a DDA title increases in cost so it exceeds the maximum cost we set for our DDA, it becomes untriggerable and inaccessible on the Ebook Central platform, but the title remains in our DDA pool in Rialto and our Alma holdings, so users can find the title in Primo but cannot access it. Removing these titles requires a cumbersome manual workflow. This enhancement would make it so titles that no longer meet our DDA selection plan criteria are removed from our DDA pool automatically in Rialto, Ebook Central/LibCentral, and in the Alma repository.This would ensure users don't discover inaccessible…

    Thank you all for your feedback on this enhancement request! The Rialto team has reviewed this idea and it is a candidate for a future release. We aren't able to provide a timeline for these ideas, but be sure to check back often and vote for the ideas you support to receive status and comment updates.
