Apply account credits/deposits from LibCentral in Rialto
Would like the ability to apply account credits/deposits from LibCentral in Rialto purchases. At this time, in order to pay for a Rialto order with deposit funds, it requires 3 steps.
1) Wait for invoice to generate
2) Contact PQ customer support and request that they apply the invoice to deposit funds
3) Wait for request to process and receive cleared invoice
This whole series can take several business days to complete. It would save a LOT of staff time and energy on all sides to create this purchase capability in Rialto. At checkout, there should be an option to pay with a deposit account or internal credit.
