How can we improve RapidILL?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

    Closing - as discussed with the product working group, this seems a better community managed set of recommendations/guidelines. The product team would be happy to review ideas for specific developments that help support libraries use of RapidILL in relation to copyright policy/law. Thanks! -Mike

  3. One Pod for all RapidILL customers

    As RapidILL has time-zone and load-balance algorithims in place, it seems that the multiple Pod system is somewhat redundant.

    Closing as the COSMO pod provides an option for all libraries to share with the greater community. This also acknowledges that a small number of RapidILL participants choose to limit their participation to specific pods, for consortial sharing, for example.

  4. Require members to send OCR'd files

    RapidILL members should be required to send OCR'd PDFs.
