  2. Problem with deleting records

I'm trying to delete some items from RW but can't do so. The delete option is greyed out.
    In other cases it's not.
Have not heard back with a solution to this yet.

  3. Citation Style Editor: customize fields more

In an output-style the field Publish year (date) is listed twice in one reference type. Behind the Short title and behind Place of Publication. The first time it is mentioned, it should end with a parenthesis. The second time not. But it is not possible to define different settings. I think it should be possible to differ. My suggestion is: It should be possible to choose a field, make a copy and give it a new name, for example "Publication date with parenthesis". Then I can edit the field independent from the other field "Publication date".

  7. Have the update notifications give details on compatibility

I keep getting popups asking me to update on both computers but haven't done so because the last update was actually not compatible with my system. It takes quite a bit of searching to find this info and I can't find whether the new version has fixed the problem.

  8. Show Author Address/Affiliation in the Full View

I manage an institutional database in legacy RefWorks, where it is vital, that I can see the author affiliation in reference.

Please make this field visible in New RefWorks as well.

  9. Log in to refworks.proquest.com in Write-N-Cite using authorization code

The Write-N-Cite Word plugin contains "Use authorization code" as login method. It is only possible to generate this code in the old refworks.com, not the new refworks.proquest.com.

    It should be possible to:
    a) either generate the authorization code in refworks.proquest.com
    b) or log in to Write-N-Cite using the password generated in refworks.proquest.com for the new add-in (RefWorks Citation Manager for Word 2016).

The rationale for this is to support a way to pair the Write-N-Cite plugin with the refworks.proquest.com account using a way other than username/password (need to remember separate password) and other than Shibboleth (displaying a web view in…

  10. Add customizable BibTex citekey field

The ability to export Bibtex files is a key feature of RefWorks. However, the format of the citekey is terrible - too long and difficult for users to recall. Other reference managers allow customization of this field, and RefWorks should, too.
