How can we improve RefWorks?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. RefWorks Statistics - referencing/citation style being used

    If possible please include stats on what referencing/citation style our users are using in refworks (and if possible in WnC).

    Reasons : to help us have a better idea of what our users are actually using and catch those areas using other styles that we are aware of.

  2. Enable the change in date format from the US version of mm/dd/yyyy to the English version DD/MM/YYYY

  3. Being able to display a message to all users when they login

    We made changes to one of our institutional styles and I wanted to have a message show to all users when they login. I am sure there are other things we would want to alert them to changes we have made to RefWorks. Messages could display until the user dismisses them.

  4. Customizable Log-in page for New RefWorks

    In Legacy RefWorks, admin can customize log-in page. We want this function taken over to New RefWorks.
