Content
We welcome your ideas for new content (metadata) to add to the Knowledge Bases (KBs - Alma CZ, SFX, 360) and Discovery services (CDI - Central Discovery Index whose data supports Primo and Summon).
- Check if your idea has already been posted and vote for it before posting a new idea.
- Choose the right category: "New Provider" for content from a provider that has no available content in the KBs or CDI, or "Existing Provider" for content from a provider that already has content available in the KBs or CDI.
- Add a direct link to the provider/resource you suggest, and a contact person if possible.
- For enrichment requests add the relevant collection ID(s).
- Make sure you mention any specific added value your idea has to the community such as language or supporting diversity.
- Did you find errors in an existing collection? please open a case.
- A new year has begun but no corresponding annual collection? post an idea in Idea Exchange, make sure to mention if it is an existing provider.
- Existing Provider - if your idea is for a new collection from a provider that already has content available in the KBs and CDI or enriching records for an existing collection, use this category. No voting is necessary, ideas for existing providers will be handled regardless of voting.
- New Providers - if your idea is for content from a provider that does not have any content available in the KBs and CDI, choose this category.
- Other - for non provider specific ideas

Bloomsbury Fashion 2023
Please add a collection for Bloomsbury Fashion 2023. While this collection currently does exist (id 615460000000001242), many portfolios were removed from it.
The titles from this collection have been added to Bloomsbury Fashion Central which only provides access to customers that have purchased the database and does not provide access to those that purchased the ebook subject collection.

As you wrote, Bloomsbury Fashion 2023 already exists so we will not create anew collection with the same name, rather we need to review why the titles were removed and to set up automation for the updating file to get the titles back.

The Financial Times Historical Archive 2011 - 2016 Update
The University of Glasgow has taken out a subscription to Gale Accelerate that gives us access to several primary sources databases. One of these is not yet available in Serials Solutions, The Financial Times Historical Archive 2011 - 2016 Update. Could this please be added?

Please activate the relevant collections that are already available in the Knowledgebases:
- Foreign Office Files for China 1919-29, Kuomintang, CCP and the Third International
- Foreign Office Files for China 1930-37, The Long March, civil war in China and the Manchurian Crisis

Add Nietzsche Online database (de Gruyter) to CDI
Our institution has a subscription to the de Gruyter Nietzsche Online database which provides us with access to journal articles that are unavailable to us through our journal subscription. Could a CZ database be created and the content made available via CDI?

Wiley does not maintain a title list for this resource due to differing sales models.
Therefore, some textbooks are available on Wiley Online Library and others are not. If the title is hosted on Wiley Online Library, it will be included in the A-Z file and the holdings feed. However, if it is hosted elsewhere, it will not be included.

BIBSAM Brill collection
Please add new BIBSAM Brill journals collection to the Knowledgebases.

GOKb, which manages title lists for BIBSAM, responded that they are not maintaining title list for Brill anymore. The collection that is covered by this agreement is not Bibsam specific. Therefore, the Bibsam member libraries can use the general Brill package in Exlibris, i.e. “Brillonline journals”.

More Naxos metadata in Community Zone
Hello, I see that there are now no-portfolio databases in the Community Zone for the different Naxos collections and that these are region-specific.
At our institution, we have separate Primo search scopes for articles (where the CDI records appear) and everything else. We'd like our Naxos records to appear within the 'everything else' scope so would prefer to use bibliographic records and portfolios to manage these collections. Is it possible to include title-level records in the CZ for these collections? Then institutions would have the choice to use CZ records, or CDI records, or both.12 votesHello,
Unfortunately, we are not able to use the Naxos records to create CZ collections, as there is now ay to set up an automated update for them.
We are able to use them for CDI, and created regional collections to correspond with the different Naxos collections.

Please work with Springer Nature to create a separate withdrawn titles collection in the 360 KB for Springer Nature e-book content that is not available to new customers but continues to be available for existing customer.

Add Digital Dissertation Consortium(DDC) to CZ
Digital Dissertation Consortium (DDC) is a consortium for purchasing ProQuest dissertation titles together, and the purchased content is hosted in a home-grown system, maintained by TBMC, accessible at https://pqdd.sinica.edu.tw/login. While the resource content belongs to ProQuest, the platform is managed by the local system. For further details, please refer to the case#07181867 in iQuest.

LUNA Commons - Luna Imaging
https://luna.lunacommons.org/luna/servlet - ideally, i would like to include the images from these collections into the Central Discovery index. The collections provide access to historical maps and museum image collections that would be valuable for research.
ideally, iw ould like to figure out a way to harvest these records for collection discovery, but including these images in CDI would be a useful first step.
