Pearson EBS
Pearson has three new EBS packages, a German one, an English one and a combined one. Pearson was not added in the past because ExLibris couldn't get title lists. There are title lists for the EBS packages (see attached). So far there is not a single Pearson collection in the CZ. Please add at least one.

Hi Tamar,
I used the generic info@pearson.de address at first and then communicated with someone from bibliotheken.service@pearson.de. Generally they answered pretty quickly.
The e-book website is pretty new so it's possible that the customer service team has changed as well.
