  1. Have the option to download usage statistics for the number of "Report a Problem" emails sent broken down by month.

    To be able to download the number of "Report a Problem" emails sent, broken down by month, in the Client Centre. This will help with problems tracking and with seeing if changes to the Summon environment have an impact on the number of "Report a Problem" emails sent.

  2. Provide a full list of failed records with my Content Ingestion Report

    As a Summon administrator at a library, I would like to fix all of the records that fail Summon ingestion because of encoding errors, etc. Current Content Ingestion Reports only send information about the first 100.
