Allow libraries to customise Leganto-Rialto purchase workflow so that citation status auto-completes upon checkout
We would love to make use of the recently introduced 'rialtopurchasecomplete' parameter, where we can configure citation status to be automatically updated when the purchase workflow is complete. However, this workflow is only considered complete in the system when an ebook is activated or a print book has been receipted. We see the citation status as an indicator of tasks that need action, and once we have placed an order for a book, we have completed the action we needed to take and will immediately mark the citation as complete, regardless of the status of the order (this is already tracked by the loan status of the item). So in its current state this parameter unfortunately doesn't help us, but it would be great if we could configure this so that once we have checked out our order of a book, the corresponding citation will automatically be set to Complete, saving us work.

This is example where I'd like to see customisations optional/configurable so that customers can make it suit them.
This proposed workflow wouldn't suit us as the Leganto team does like to be able to check and follow up on items if they haven't been received/activated. Perhaps this is partly because we find items take a long time to ship to our part of the world!
But if it could be made so that the parameter could be set to occur either on order or on receipt/activation, it could work for both scenarios.
