We'd like to be able to use the instructor question feature to ask information from faculty if we do not currently have the item in our repository. We've noticed, though, that if the instructor checks the option to provide the library a personal copy, that they would still get the question displayed. Ideally, we'd be able to show a question if both A) we didn't own the item and B) the instructor was not going to provide us a copy.

We could see this potentially being handled through an additional / tweaked value in "Availability" as done through Configuration > Leganto > Item Request Questions, but would be open to other possible approaches.
