Header
In a course reading list within Leganto, it should be possible to 1) make the header persistent or 2) always hide once you start scrolling. In 3 different browsers - Chrome, Edge, and FireFox - when we scroll, the header sometimes shrinks and stays that way (which is good) and other times, it pops back up. This is a UI issue and should be an easy fix and/or configuration, but it is rather annoying for users when the header keeps minimizing and then un-minimizing, over and over again.

Resolved in the new UI. The header is now persistent and doesn't change sizes or disappear.

here are two images - the first is what the user sees when they get into Leganto, which is fine. The 2nd is what happens when you start scrolling - which is also good. But we want it to stay that way until the user need to go to a different list.
