Multiple processing departments for instructor digitization requests

Today, Leganto configuration includes a hardcoded processing department for instructor digitization requests.
Idea: Define a new logic for auto-picking the digitization processing department from multiple departments.

    I want to thank you for being involved.
    We are looking into this possible development and I would love to know how would you imagine the mapping between the instructor and the processing department.
    Is it a mapping between the instructor and processing department or are you expecting us to use a different mapping method?
