More customizations for Notification/Alert tile
Please give us more customization options for the Notification/Alert tile. Right now, our only option is changing the color of the oscillating badge.
It would be nice if we could change the color of the entire tile, instead of just the badge, when a new alert came in.

Display updated content without requiring user to force refresh or relogin
In the ex libris guidance
How to Publish Content - Ex Libris Knowledge Center (exlibrisgroup.com) suggests it would “Most changes you make in campusM will be seen by the end-user if they log out and back in to the app, or switch profiles. You can force these changes to appear immediately by publishing the app.”
However, if you update content in creative studio or content pages and use the publish mechanisms when changed and saved via App Settings >Content > Content then published via App Settings > Publishing > Publish or via edit and Save and Publish in Creative Studio…
11 votesApp Settings > Content > Content has been deprecated.
This publishing content through creative studio ("Save and Publish") should work without having to "Publish Content" manually. Please open a support ticket if this issue is still occurring.
Generally, App Settings> Publishing > Publish Content should solve this for you as well. If it does not, this is also a defect, and should be handled via support ticket.

Live chat function to CampusM
It'd be great to have a live chat feature on the CampusM web portal and mobile app. Our support teams could monitor it during working hours and then have automated responses after hours if there was the ability to set up auto responses on a chatbot style of instant chat.
2 votesWhile we understand the importance of this feature, we've decided not to implement it at this time.
Please note that your university may embed other chat platforms (such as Gecko) into static content pages using HTML embedding, so that they appear behind a tile.

Search Results - Include Menu Option (Tile) Name
When a user searches for particular terms within the CampusM front-end they are presented with a list of results.
At the moment these results do not always include the overall Tile name. This would be useful when needing to identify particular tiles requiring update around certain information.
At present the tile name is only presented if the search reference is found 'high up' the tile structure. If the reference is further down a menu path, only the latter part of the path is shown.

Have default category selected when clicking into maps
On web, when you click into maps, if you have categories set up, no positions will show on the map until the user selects a category. It would be ideal for the administrators to be able to select a default category to display so that if they are just using Google maps (no custom map image) it doesn't just look blank. Could also then set up a category "ALL" if university wanted all positions to show up by default.
