Tile config 'OnClick' action functionality for mobile
We've received user feedback indicating that it's difficult to tell if a Tile has been clicked in the mobile app, especially when the linked content takes a long time to load. In these cases, users may think that their click was not registered.
We propose adding a feature to the CampusM App Builder that allows for dynamic tile design changes upon user clicks. Similar to the existing 'Hover Border Color' option in the 'Tile Config' section, but this would function on a 'click' action within the mobile app.
1 voteIf the app is taking so long to respond that users are complaining that they don't know whether a tile was clicked or not - this is a defect. Please open a support case regarding this slow response time.

User Ability To Change Bottom Navigation Menu
After a series of focus groups with approximately 20 students, a common request was for the ability to personalize the main navigation menu on the mobile app. The students want the ability to prioritize their own content by dragging certain tiles into that bottom navigation menu, rather than statically seeing "Settings, Arragne, Alerts," etc.

Rename "Receive Alerts" option on campusM Settings Page
The "Receive Alerts" option is grayed out on iPhones if there are no user self-subscribe groups set up. This makes it look like the user will not receive any alerts which is not the case. Could it be renamed to "Subscribe to Alerts" instead to make it clearer. This option is hidden on the web and Android versions so I guess that's not possible in iOS.

UIWebView remembers username
Native apps can remember the username and password for the user after first logon. (or at least just the username) so that the next time when the user requires to login again, UIWebView auto-fills username and password fields and user just click "Sign in".

Only show "Terms of Use" screen once (after initial install and login).
Only show Terms of Use screen once after initial install, not each time the user presses "Settings->Logout" and login again.
28 votesDue to the current login flow, the terms and conditions have to be shown before the user authenticates, so they know what they are authenticating against. As such this is a privacy consideration for our app.

Allow switching orientation to landscape view in iPhones
Allow switching orientation to landscape/horizontal view on iPhone devices
24 votesDue to low number of votes with the fact that the home page design is under review for 2023 we are closing this one.

Distribute beta iOS app via Apple Enterprise account
Using Apple Enterprise account allows unlimited test devices rather than the 100 devices per year for the Apple Developer account, which can be hit easily if we use the same account to publish other apps.
1 voteClosing Idea since it hasn't been active since 2017.

Formatting error
Depending on the number of tiles and their sizes determines if a gutter/border is added to the left and right sides of the iOS app or not. Ideally this would be consistently displayed or not (our preference is that is isn't) - or for this to be optionally turned off or on.
1 voteThe way tiles are arranged in the home page is complicated - as we cannot know ahead of time which combination of roles and tags any one user may have - nor can we predict what devices they may use. The change in the "gutter" on the sides of the app is a natural consequence of this.
This behavior can be affected by the app/profile settings in App Builder, as you can set a min/max number of column, and tile sizes.
