Only show Terms of Use screen once after initial install, not each time the user presses "Settings->Logout" and login again.

Due to the current login flow, the terms and conditions have to be shown before the user authenticates, so they know what they are authenticating against. As such this is a privacy consideration for our app.

Accepting the Terms of Use every time you log into the app is akin to having to take a driver's test every time you get into your car. It's overkill and a bad user experience. No other app I have come across requires users to agree to terms of use every time they open the app.
I can't believe this issue has persisted for over 7 years! -

We have had several discussions with campusM about the terms of use. It is not ideal to have users accept the terms every time they log in. We would like this to only happen during the first login process.
