Preserve lightweight interactive web experiences with clearer preview and access workflows
Rosetta could better support institutions that preserve lightweight interactive web materials, such as browser-based games, small educational demos, and HTML5 experiences. These objects are often simple to access in a browser, but they can be difficult to review, describe, and validate inside a long-term preservation workflow.
It would be useful to add a clearer preview and access-check workflow for preserved interactive web packages. For example, staff could quickly confirm that the entry page loads, linked assets are available, metadata is complete, and the object still provides a usable experience after ingest or migration.
A lightweight reference example is Scritchy Scratchy(https://scritchyscratchy.cc), which shows the kind of simple browser-based interactive experience that may need preservation, description, and future access validation. Supporting this type of content would help Rosetta cover more modern web-native cultural and educational materials.
