Currently, Alma restricts user record editing to a one-by-one process, which becomes inefficient when libraries need to update large volumes of user data (e.g., changing departments, statuses, or expiration dates).

I propose adding a Bulk-Edit feature for User Records, allowing administrators to select multiple records at once and apply uniform changes across them. The benefits of this feature include:

Time Efficiency: Streamline the process of managing large numbers of records.

Error Reduction: Minimize manual errors caused by repetitive edits.

Increased Productivity: Enhance overall efficiency and save valuable staff time.

This feature could function similarly to the Bulk-Edit feature for inventory, providing options for filtering, searching, and applying group changes to user data.
