Resource Sharing Borrowing Requests back button
For some reason the Resource Sharing Borrowing Requests screen does not have a back button or a method of clearing the search. Even if you quick link the screen the link takes you to the search you have just done. It would be extremely useful to have a back button or a method of clearing the search.

Automatic selection of "Complete the request" when shipping Lending Digital requests
For Lending Digital requests, could the "Complete the request" be automatically selected when we ship an item (or maybe the recent choice remembered) – so we don't have to select it each time we supply an item?

Make personal delivery labels in Resource Sharing request form configurable
We have had many complaints from users who don't understand what Work Address means in the pickup/delivery location drop down menu in the resource sharing form, or they don't even see it.
We much prefer the layout within the patron physical item request form where home and work address are separated from Library pickup locations under a personal delivery heading and where we can customise the labels for Home and Work Address.
Please make the same functionality available in the resource sharing request form so that we can make all of our request forms a consistent experience for users.

Borrowing request - "save and edit" button for all requests.
Now "save and edit" is only an option for the borrowing req. made manually, would be helpful option for all req.

Prevent RS requests from having a queue of requesters
We have noticed some Resource Sharing requests appearing in the Activate Next tab on the Expired Hold Shelf (Fulfillment). Activate Next activates the next request in the queue, which cancels the first request and makes the item available to the next requester. However, within our workflows Resource Sharing requests don't have a queue of requesters. If the request automatically goes to the another patron, the next patron will not have signed the copyright declaration.

Mark resource sharing bib records
When creating a borrowing request in Alma, Alma transforms the info in a brief bibliographic record. This is great for everything that has to do with Resource Sharing.
BUT: Librarians who are cataloging find this bib record, don't think twice and just add a holding and an item. So the RS bib record has become a real bibliographic record, but without any one completing the info.
We would like the resource sharing bib records to be marked somehow so that cataloguers can identify them easily and either complete them or import them from another source.

The Update date in the RS record is not updated when we send a General Message or a Will Supply letter to Partners.

Convert a lending request into a borrowing request.
We can easily convert a borrowing request into a lending request, the other way around is impossible without losing all information about the lender.
As we supply libraries with material from other libraries we now have to manage the request in both Lending and Borrowing.

Modify the renew request reject note sent to partner for lending request
When a resource sharing lending request receives a renew request and is rejected, the following note is sent to the partner “Note: Cannot be renewed, maximum renew date DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM:SS AEST was exceeded.” This note is confusing to the partner as the maximum renew date in the note is the date which the request was processed not the due date. In addition, the note implies the renew date of the loan has passed the allowed time, however the renew date has not been exceeded. The note could be improved by simplifying it to say “Cannot be renewed, maximum loan period…

Renewing resource sharing requests in Lending
Resource Sharing lending and renewals.
Currently you can only change the date in the lending side by searching for the barcode in physical items and clicking edit, scrolling down to the date box allows you to update. This information is carried across into the catalogue but not on the lending resource page, we can find no way to manually change here either. Display name of resource sharing partner on Requests page in My Account
On the "Requests" page in "My Account," for resource sharing requests, display the name of the resource sharing partner once the request has reached the "Shipped Physically" stage. Currently, the "My Account" screen does not indicate the name of the institution that is lending the item (see a screen capture: http://screencast.com/t/aovDseh1). Faculty have requested that the name of the institution be visible in My Account so that they would have an indication of how long it might take for an item to arrive (based on geographic distance).

RS Borrowing External Resource Search
We would like to be able to perform Advanced Searches on our External Resources (from the RS Borrowing screen) and not just keyword searches. Alternatively, we would like to define the default search as 'Contains Keywords' instead of 'Contains Phrase'. This would make our searches more accurate.

Automatically add specific blocks to a patron record by type of fine
We would like to be able automatically add a specific block to a patron record by a type of fine once it as reached a specified amount.
We have recently set up a new block for oustanding resource sharing borrowing request charges (we charge our patrons for renewals). We would like this to be automatically added to the patron record once the fines `active balance' reaches £13.95 which is the equivalent of 3 renewals.
