    That lack of a mobile responsive site is making the new RefWorks interface impossible to navigate to the University/Institution login on smaller displayed phones. For example, on an iPhone 8, the gray bar at the bottom of the screen (About Us, Contact Us, etc.) is so large, that it overlaps the entire dropdown interface to select your institution, completely blocking users from accessing the new RefWorks.
