This would be useful as students often ask about holds that they didn't manage to pick up in time and have since come off the shelf, but would like to reserve again. We have figured out that we can find out by checking email attachments for previous notifications that the sytem has sent, but this is fiddly. It would be great to just a hold request history tab in Alma

This should be standard. So many of our students don't check their university email account but when I manually change it to email their private address, they respond within the hour. How hard can it be for the system to email more than one address?
