Allowing recalls on multiple copies would make life so much easier for various reasons and would solve so many problems that result from our automatic renewals policy. Are there any updates as to when this planned improvement will be taking place?
This would be useful as students often ask about holds that they didn't manage to pick up in time and have since come off the shelf, but would like to reserve again. We have figured out that we can find out by checking email attachments for previous notifications that the sytem has sent, but this is fiddly. It would be great to just a hold request history tab in Alma
