There is a style called "APA 6th - No Title Casing Applied", which retains the title as it is stored in the database. Please ensure that this style is up-to-date, that should solve Concha's problem.

Since references are not physically in a folder, I don't quite see the idea. Often, you may want to associate a reference with several folders and in those cases, it's practical to choose the reference(s), then the folder(s) and then click Assign.

Warmly supported! This feature existed in the old RefWorks and saved a lot of time.

I definitely support this case. For instance, when using several sections in an edited book, legacy RW provided the practical procedure to duplicate a reference, and then change only three (!) fields: section title, author(s) and page range (possibly chapter and doi).
Looking forward to this improvement.
