This error occurs in write-n-cite; the format is correct if one makes a bibliography in Refworks directly.

The write-n-cite citation in text for a journal article includes all the page numbers in the journal. This is incorrect; see 15.7 and 15.9 in the 17th edition. The insertion editor does allow listing particular pages, as is correct.

Citations for journal articles are incorrect in the bibliography I create and in the in-text reference. The errors occur in new entries, not in old ones from the legacy refworks. But if I edit an old one, the errors are in the bibliography For instance:
"Scott, Colin. 2018. Family Territories, Community Territories: Balancing Rights and Responsibilities through Time. Vol. 60" is in the bibliography, with the title of the article in italics. No journal name is listed. no page numbers are present. The in text citation incorrectly provides all of the page numbers (Scott 2018, 90-105), which then doesn't allow citing the specific page. If the record has a publisher for the journal, that publisher will be in the citation, which is also incorrect.
Please correct your punctuation file for journal entries in the Chicago 17th edition.
