    A pop up note on book returns would be a great help to desk staff .

    It would also benefit those staff who may just be helping at the desk on a rare occasion as it would draw them to anything unusual which they could pass on if necessary.

    Amongst other things, this would definitely help catch the long overdue books as they come back.

    Different colour of font is a super idea.

  2. Searching for a title with "&" should also search "and" when searching for PO lines and invoices

    I agree, this would save a lot of time when title searching
