    We do not understand why this button is not enabled by default or why we are not given the option to enable it in our settings.

    There is an “Available online” option, which could be enabled by default or give libraries the option to enable it in the settings.
    It causes a very bad impression and frustration for our users to obtain resources that they cannot access.
