An error occurred while saving the comment Naomi Crotty commentedAlso agree. In addition it would be good if the exchange rate was also fixed when the invoice is approved in Alma, and not at invoice date, or date of invoice being keyed into or imported into Alma. This would make our actual expenditure in our local currency much more closely match the expenditure recorded in Alma. Particularly important for international invoices in the tens of thousands of dollars, and when we are trying to spend the budget to the last cent at EOFY.

An error occurred while saving the comment Naomi Crotty commentedI have found that you can create a seasonal prediction pattern, but only for the Northern Hemisphere (where spring is the first season in a calendar year) and not for the Southern Hemisphere where Autumn is the first season in a calendar year. I have screen shot and combined my working for both scenarios, please let me know if I am just doing something wrong.

Be good to keep it as an alert so you can see that you've done something weird with the VAT, but it shouldn't cause an error that prevents the invoice from being accurately keyed.
