    It would be helpful to have the option of "do not purge if there are active requests".

  2. User Purge should be made AFN aware and not allow the deletion of a user with active transactions or fines/fees at another AFN inst.

    This would be an extremely beneficial enhancement for us. I hope it can be considered after the initial proposal four years ago.
