  2. Enable analytics to refine display of usage stats by IP range or email domain

We would like to be able to access usage stats for partner institutions to whom we offer access to RefWorks via our account. This access has been set up using IP address ranges and email domains.

  3. Allow admins to delete deactivated accounts.

We can deactivate accounts as admin, but we are unable to delete them. Admins should be able to delete accounts.

I work in an institution that will reuse email addresses once a student leaves; this creates problems re: deactivated accounts in RefWorks. I would like to be able to delete accounts.

  7. Administrative reports to support migration from legacy RefWorks to New RefWorks

Robust reporting is required to performance monitor the migration process from legacy RefWorks to New RefWorks. As both legacy and new RW accounts can co-exist hence why currently it is impossible to determine whether RW account holders have migrated any References from legacy platform to new platform. A migration report should be setup which should determine if any references from the legacy platform to the new platform have been migrated against each account (any new or legacy RW account). Through this, we would be able to analyse which user has migrated the references. Currently, 'Active / inactive' report from the…

  10. Problems with the new version of Refworks

I am writing to you because I have been using Legacy Refworks for more than 12 years for my work as a university professor and researcher in the field of scientific production and bibliometrics.
It has always been my essential support for managing documents. They have been trying to get us to use the new version of Refworks for several years and have set a deadline for us to use the old version. Years of failed versions that erased all the data I had.
And now in the new version, since I have to switch to the new version by…

  14. Enhanced reporting in New RefWorks

Please consider enhancing New RefWorks reporting. Either same reporting as Legacy RefWorks, or report break out for the following categories: All Disciplines, All Department, All Roles. Currently we cannot correlate reporting between Legacy RefWorks and New RefWorks.

For word 2016 on mac RefWorks Citation Manager (RCM) is supported, not Write-n-Cite. Please refer to the following link for details about writing tool and operating system compatibility, and for installation details: https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/RefWorks/Product_Documentation/RefWorks_User_Guide/0500_RefWorks_Plugins%3A_Connecting_Your_Browser%2C_Microsoft_Word%2C_and_Google_Docs_to_RefWorks

  19. Manual Referencing - Editing/Deleting Fields

It would be useful if fields could be deleted as well as added when editing or compiling a manual reference e.g. Bills – we do not need the Sponsors field as it will add Anon which is not required.
