Destination folder in the Save to RefWorks extension
When you use the Save to Refworks extension in your browser there's the option to import directly to an specific folder, but you have to click it every time. It would be an improvement to have a folder by default that you can change, not click it every time.
1 voteFolders created during import are now automatically selected.

APA 7th was added to RefWorks, legacy RefWorks and the writing tool add-ons earlier this year.

Edit publication date in imported citations
Books imported from library websites often show up with "[INVALID DATE]" instead of their real pubvlication date. Looks like the problem is that RefWorks can't handle two publication dates--the first edition's and the current printing. This is REALLY ANNOYING.... It would be great if the user could edit the date included in an imported reference to fix the default of [invalid date]. If this is possible, please let me know by replying to my email below. Thanks.

All metadata, including publication date, can be edited in the preview pane that opens when clicking on a reference.

Add Line Breaks to New RefWorks
Please add a line break function to the style editor. For those of us that have to submit Working Bibliographies for auditing, it would be great if we were able to export our large amounts of references with the abstract already on the next line as opposed to having to go back and perform line breaks manually after exporting.

'Create a new account' when linking to New RefWorks for the first time from a search tool (Google Scholar, Primo etc)?
From Google Scholar, Primo etc, when you click on the RefWorks link next to each search record, it takes you to the following page:
https://refworks.proquest.com/combined-export/?groupcode=RWMiddlesexU&detoken=XBLgJo9sJFPnYg1wJ%5B44
If you then select to export to the New Refworks, you are taken to the following page:
https://refworks.proquest.com/login/
However, this is problematic, as it does not offer the opportunity to 'Create a new Account'.
We think that users should be directed to the following URL instead: https://refworks.proquest.com/
10 votesLogin page defaults to user's account for export, if already logged in. Login page also offers create account link in the same way as https://refworks.proquest.com/

Be able to support https callback.
It does not support https callback right now. With the wide-spread adoption of https, this should be supported.

DOI search function
Under "Add Reference" Have a space to quickly input the DOI and find article based on that. Currently, there is a space to add that modifier under the Save to Refworks function, but all I continually get is "service is unavailable".

If the DOI field does not appear in the reference pane, click on “Add more fields…” and add the field. After entering all or part of the DOI, you can click on the lightning bolt icon to find possible matches.

Stating the obvious
I need to use your site to create references for online webpages, and it does not have an option to do so. There is no box to insert the url. Your site only allows us to either create references for documents like pdf files we find online and dowload, or those from the school database, most of which already have references listed in the description section.

As noted in the comment, a url can be inserted when choosing the Web Page reference type. In addition you can use the Save to RefWorks plug-in to create a reference from a website.

Me encantaría poder importar más de una referencia a la vez, ahora solo puedo subirlas de una en una
Después de descargar varias referencias, estaría bien poder importarlas de golpe y no una a una.

Multiple references can be uploaded at once within RefWorks, with direct import, and using the Save to RefWorks plug-in.

Browser Extensions for Importing
Provide a browser add-on or extension which paints a button on database pages to easily download the citation, but also the full text.

The Save to RefWorks browser bookmarklet performs this functionality.
