A new reference type for standards
Could you create a new reference type for standards? There isn't a ready-made option for this. It seems that it isn't possible to rename existing reference types.

Add "Ref ID" as a field to an output style.
The authors that I work with like having a bibliographic style that shows the Ref ID in the very first field, before the author last name etc. Thanks in advance!

Reliability and trustworthiness
I am working with a folder containg 20k+ references (never again!). The data is locked in to RefWorks because of the size of the folder (never again, as I mention). I am attempting to export .ris files with 1000 items per export.
Paging through the data, it takes on average 1 minute to move from page to page. If something goes wrong, you cannot maintain your place in the list, the display returns to the beginning, showing 50 per page.
The export usually downloads a .ris file to the downloads folder. However, frequently, instead, the file isn't doanloaded and instead…

Write-N-Cite VS RCM
Hola!
En el apartado Herramientas ofrecéis la opción de descargar Write-N-Cite, cuando creemos que ahora recomendáis el uso de RefWorks Citation Manager (RCM). Crea confusión. Si Write-N-Cite no va a tener actualizaciones, ¿por qué en Herramientas no hacéis mención a RCM?
¡Cracias!1 voteThank you for submitting this. RCM is displayed before WnC in the Tools page, however it doesn't have a download button since it is installed from the Microsoft Store. Therefore it is less noticeable. We plan to change the design to make RCM the clear first option.
