Add Inlibra as Provider

Hello, we received a notice that all titles in the Nomos eLibrary, the Beck eLibrary, and the VDI Verlag-eLibrary are moving to a new platform: Inlibra (https://www.inlibra.com/de/). Can you please add this provider and its collections to the CZ?

    Rutgers University Libraries supports this idea, as we have publications that have moved to Inlibra too.
