We'd like the ability to add additional status options for databases in the data management module, for example, open access.
Subscribed often means resources we pay for, it would be nice to be able to set an item status for databases that we obtain freely (open access) so we can better audit the systems.

I wanted to ask whether the possibility of being able to modify proximity search searching has been considered?
We had proximity search settings set in EDS so that words entered in the keyword box had to be within 3 or 4 words of each other, (if I'm remembering correctly). That seemed to be a good happy medium for our users so that phrase searching wasn't needed. It's an adjustment for those used to EDS of now needing to put phrases in quotes, capitalize boolean operators, and this really broad threshold for proximity searching when using Summon.
1 voteThis is the default behavior for Summon relevance. If a keyword is within 5 or less words of each other, the phrase will get a boost. Adding quotation marks means it needs to be an exact match.
