Using "Leganto student usage" and noticed that some reading lists/Courses do not appear in this report.
We created a Leganto report with the subject area "Leganto student usage" and noticed that some reading lists do not appear in this report.
We assume that this is because there has not been any student interaction with these lists but there is nothing about this in knowledge center documentation.
We have been having to run separate analytics reports to get all the data we need it.
It would be nice to be able to use the Leganto Student Usage criteria to gather statistics on ALL the reading lists, courses and citations, regardless if they’ve been used or not.
We will not add all reading lists to the student usage subject area. We have updated the documentation to indicate that the student usage subject area only includes information about courses/lists/citations with usage, and there is an out of the box report that lets you see lists without usage. For the report, go to Shared Folders/Leganto/Reports and see Reading Lists without Usage
