    Extract annotations as done in Zotero (via zotero/zotfile plugin)--as well as other pdf management options. See:
    http://zotfile.com/
    This creates a linked file to the pdf that lists all the highlights/annotations; extremely useful research tool (to summarize relevant sections of articles (findings, quotes) and link allows you to quickly go to that article if needed
