    Just today I was trying to find documentation about how to customize the Request button because library staff want to add an explanation to it. This also has my vote.

    Yes! In the medical field, words like anaesthesia and orthopedic have different spellings depending on where the journal is published. It would also be great to be able to search on the abbreviated title, like J Intern Med for Journal of Internal Medicine. The NLM has a list of journal abbreviations. https://www.nlm.nih.gov/tsd/cataloging/contructitleabbre.html
