    Hi, in the new UI (coming up late in 2024) there will be an option to view the patron's requests history. Both completed and rejected ones.
    Would that answer your requirement?

    Hi, as mentioned in pervious comment, there are many ideas packed into this single one. This platform should raise one idea and promote it for votes.

    Proposed solution-
    1. In Alma Loans- no changes needed since it will be in the new UI
    2. In Primo VE Loans- Add the location of the Library + Circulation Desk
