    Dear Users,

    The current functionality can address this request by adding 'Statistical Categories' for each academic year and assigning the relevant year to the user's record. This assignment can be done in bulk via the Notify Users job, supporting an academic year per user. The same job can also be used to change the year in bulk.

    Please let me know if this solution is acceptable.
