    Yes, having home institution data on available on the hold shelf so that we can provide the best service to a visiting patron and know what library to contact if we have questions regarding anything that comes up.

    Needing to look at each institution individiually in our consortial environment is off-putting to patrons who frequently complain about not being able to see all items at one time. In particular, being able to see all items and then sort them by when they are due would be amazing!
